Mayolin Henry is an experienced Home Manager and qualified Psychotherapy Counsellor. Mayolin is certified Level 5 Diploma Leadership and Management qualified and the Designated Safeguarding Lead. Not only has Mayolin taken a keen interest in developing the standards for Optimum Youth Care but has sought to proactively advocate for young people through empowering them to understand that their voice and choices truly matter. Mayolin also remains ‘in touch’ with young people who have transitioned to independence and is often able to provide intermittent advice and support to help former young people to move from ‘stuck’ situations.
